When I list a property it immediatly sydicates to hundreds of real estate websites, blogs, local classified ads and of corse MLS (Multiple Listing Service) that features every home listed by a real estate agent in Massachusetts. I also maintain a retail buyers list included in every town in my coverage area, just by sending out my online newsletter I reach thousands of people actively looking for a retail or investment property.
This chart is truley the most effective marketing campaign I have designed to date. Every property is different but the bottom line is always he same. Work hard, use the tools at hand and get the most money for our property quickly and efficiantly!
As you can see my detailed marketing chart above it's not all just online marketing I also feature my customers properties in newspapers, company magazines, flyers and good old postcards that are still quite effective even today.
Even though I use the tools above that practailly work themselves I am still in the office everyday and work at least 12 hours or more workig with y customers, training and always thinking of new inventive ways to advertise my customers properties. If you are looking for a hard working real estate agent there is'nt many left that works as hard as me. I'm always available for my customers day or night and I'm never satisfied until we reach are prospective goal.

Most broker's will just tell you what you want to hear just to get the listing and price your home through the roof but that is definatly not my style.
